At Albion & Bixby Publishing, we take great care to ensure that every book is printed, packaged, and shipped in excellent condition. Because books are easily damaged and cannot be resold once opened, we offer returns only under the specific circumstances described below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was misprinted

  • The wrong item was sent in error

If your order meets one of these conditions, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at stephenmorrisonphd@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • All original packaging should be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books that are not damaged or incorrect

  • Books that show signs of use

  • Personalized or custom‑made items

  • Digital products (if offered in the future)

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for its value once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
